Building Services & HVAC

Originall established as Barrett & Wright, E-Tech Group's building services division was founded in 1919, operating across the UK and around the World providing support to building projects of all sizes for our many clients involved in various industrial sectors. Principal activities are in the installation of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Industrial Process services.

We offer a full turnkey design and install facility or when required installation only working with our clients appointed Consulting Engineer providing the complete range of mechanical and electrical services from initial conception through to final commissioning and finally the building handover.

We also provide our clients with ongoing service as well as scheduled and breakdown maintenance support on all aspects of Building Services with programmes and response times tailored to meet clients requirements.

Design Department:  We offer a full design service from conceptual study with performance specification to complete design with detailed drawings from our CAD division and comprehensive
specifications.

Contracts Department:  Undertake projects pre-designed by Consulting Engineers, Local Authorities etc. These can be controlled from our office or at site depending on size, duration and complexity. Support services which may include draughtsmen, surveyors, supervisors will be co-ordinated through this department.

Installation Department:  Most of our operative staff are directly employed many with long service and all with extensive experience. This ensures a high standard of work, understanding and compliance with specifications, co-ordination with other trades and the ability to achieve deadlines, critical milestones and budgets.
